and there's not one thing in the federal government constitution that says that the federal government ought to hire teachers for you, if you think you need more teachers, then you ought to hire them at your local level and let your school board decide who they are and what they teach. it wasn't just-- (applause) >> what the candidates said by the way that made the difference, i think it was their body language that spoke volumes. you're watching the split scene and see the difference. when mitt romney spoke to the president, he spoke to the president, looked at him. unfortunately the president never looked back and as you can see, through most of the debate, people who watched it, i think, were stunned to see the president seemingly unable, unwilling to even look at his opponent, mitt romney. he looked down, he looked around, i think he was look for the exit. i'm pretty sure that's what he was looking for, and praying that what he was looking at below, is this a trap door somewhere down there. because he could have used it. anyway, quite a moment. well, romney set the bar pretty high
